Online pub quiz - support

Het kan natuurlijk gebeuren dat er onverhoopt iets niet lukt, mis gaat of dat je het spoor helemaal bijster raakt. Hieronder hebben we de meest  voorkomende problemen voor jullie handig op een rijtje gezet. Kom je er alsnog niet uit, stuur dan een bericht via WhatsApp 06 – 14870161

Je kunt inloggen via de tickets website www.pubquiztickets.nl
Deel de via e-mail toegezonden code aan je mede spelers. Let op! Alleen mogelijk bij team passes!
De antwoordformulieren zijn op diverse manieren te benaderen;- via de gekleurde knoppen onder de videospeler als je eenmal ingelogd bent- via de website www.quiznight.nl
Voor het invullen van de antwoorden maken we gebruik van online antwoordformulieren. Zoals te zien is op onderstaande afbeelding, heeft iedere ronde zijn eigen kleur (én nummer natuurlijk!).  Zorg er voor dat je altijd het juiste antwoordformulier gebruikt voor de desbetreffende ronde – mocht je een verkeerd formulier gebruiken dan tellen de punten van die ronde niet mee!Op het formulier hebben we een aantal gegevens van je nodig;- je e-mailadres- je teamnaamBovendien dien je op het antwoordformulier van ronde 1 tevens het telefoonnummer in te vullen waarmee je je ticket(s) bij GUTS hebt gekocht.  Op bovenstaande afbeelding kan je tevens zien dat iedere vraag zijn eigen antwoord vakje heeft, weet je een antwoord niet laat dat het bewuste antwoordvakje LEEG!
Natuurlijk super vervelend als tijdens de quiz je verbinding hapert en/of wegvalt. Wij helpen je uiteraard graag om te kijken waar het probleem zit, en hoe het op te lossen is.Om te beginnen verzoeken wij je vriendelijk – voordat je ons een WhatsApp bericht stuurt – de volgende dingen te doen;- refresh de webpagina- controleer je WiFi verbinding- check je verbinding via een ander internetsignaal, bijvoorbeeld 4G Mocht je desondanks nog steeds problemen ondervinden, neem dan contact op via WhatsApp via 06 – 14870161
Sommige telefoons hebben in hun browser een zogenaamde ‘cast’ functie ingebouwd zitten waardoor je je beeld heel eenvoudig naar je SmartTV kan streamen. Lukt dat niet rechtstreeks, dan heb je een ‘cast’ app nodig. Hiervoor moeten we je helaas verwijzen naar de fabrikant van het toestel/besturingssoftware. Vanwege de enorme hoeveelheid verschillende telefoons kunnen wij hier geen support voor bieden.

Share the code that you have received by email with your team mates!
You can access the answer sheets in the following three ways;- by clicking on the coloured buttons below the video player (once you are logged in)- by visiting www.quiznight.nl
We are using online forms as answer sheets, as you can see on the image below – each round has its own colour and number!  Please make sure you use the correct answer sheet – if you use a wrong answer sheet – point gained in that round will not be included in the grand total!We need the following details on your answer sheet;- your email address- your team name Also, include your phone number (used to purchase your tickets) on the answer sheet of the first round.  As you can see on the image above, each question has its own answer box. Don’t know the answer to one of the questions, simply skip that answer box on the form!
Of course it is more than annoying when the connection during the pub quiz is not stable. Before contacting us by WhatsApp, please check the following; – refresh your web page- check your WiFi connection- check your connection by using a different signal (i.e. 4G)If you are still having problems, do not hesitate to contact us by WhatsApp 06 – 14870161
Some smartphones and tablets have a build in casting function which makes it very easy to cast the pub quiz to your SmartTV. If your phone or tablet doesn’t support this out of the box, you probably will have to shown load a so-called ‘casting app’. Please check the documentation of your phone/tablet for further details.Due to the enormous amount of different phones/tablets and operating systems we can not offer any support for this.
